Hourly emails when stages are completed
Opt in to an hourly email when someone else completes a SmartStages step on your jobs.
If you want to know when a job has moved on without watching the board, you can now get a short hourly email of SmartStages steps completed by someone else.
It is off by default, and only owners and admins can turn it on.
How to opt in
Open Settings and, under My profile, tick Stage completion emails.
What you get
Once an hour, if anyone else completed a step on your jobs, you get one email grouping those jobs, the steps, and who completed them. Completions you marked yourself are left out, so it stays useful when you are in the office rather than noisy.
