How it works
Save the wording your business already uses as a template in Settings. When a customer is ready to proceed, pick that template on the job. FitterPal fills in the customer and job details, and your team can tweak the agreement before it goes out.
The customer gets an email with a link. They read and sign on their phone or computer, with no account to create. Once they have signed, a PDF is filed on the job so office and site both have one record of what was agreed.
Useful extras
You can attach drawings or specifications to a draft so they go out with the sign link. If an agreement is still waiting, you can send a reminder. Already-sent copies stay frozen, so later edits to a master template do not rewrite what the customer signed.
Contracts only appear once your organisation has at least one active template.
