Job timeline on every job
See key dates on the job Timeline tab or card, skip steps that do not apply, and choose which stages your company tracks.
Jobs now have a shared timeline for the stages that matter to your company — from job created through quote, payment, survey, install, and completed.
On the classic job page, open the Timeline tab next to Stages. On the new job page, Timeline sits as its own card beside Stages, with a compact preview and the full interactive list when you open it.
Skip a step that does not apply and undo that skip later, adjust reporting dates, open bookings from sales, survey, and install steps, and use the settings cog to pick which stages show for everyone. The same stage list powers the sales funnel, so sales and jobs stay in sync.
