Deleted staff still show by name
When someone leaves your team, their name still appears on past updates, bookings, and mentions, marked as deleted.
Removing a staff member no longer turns their history into a blank or “unknown” label. Past updates, mentions, and booking assignments keep their name, with (deleted) so you can tell they are no longer on the team.
You can still open their staff profile to review what they were linked to. The profile is read-only while they are deleted. Re-adding them to the company clears the deleted mark.
