Quotes and invoices have an improved message composer

When you send a quote or invoice, the message area now matches the new message composer, with the ability to CC and use Marshall to polish the message.

Nothing has changed about how quotes and invoices are sent, look and work in the customer experience.

Copy extra people in

It's now possible to add extra people to the emails such as accounting staff or relations to your customer.

You still have the simple option to send yourself a copy of the email as a hidden BCC for your own records.

After you send, the history on the quote or invoice shows who was copied in.

Marshall can polish the message

Marshall is now available in the message composer. The wording starts from your quote or invoice template. Ask Marshall to shorten it, lengthen it, make it friendlier or more formal, or fix the spelling, then send when you are happy.

You can undo if you prefer the original. Marshall never sends the email for you.
