🤝 Introducing Teams - Organise Your Workforce
Managing different departments and responsibilities just got a whole lot easier. With our new Teams feature, you can now:
- Create custom teams for operations, finance, maintenance, and more
- Filter jobs and schedules by team
- Keep your selected team view as you navigate through different sections
- Easily switch back to full view with "All teams"
Setting up is simple: Just head to Settings, create your teams, and assign the relevant job statuses and staff members. Your workspace will instantly become more organized and focused.
🔍 Power Search - Find Anything, Anywhere
Ever struggled to remember where you saved that important detail? Those days are over! Our new global search feature lets you:
- Search across all platform information from any page
- Get instant results from jobs, customers, and more
- Jump directly to exactly what you need
- Save time with quick navigation
The search bar is always right there in the header, ready when you need it.
✨ Quality-of-Life Improvements
We've also made some smaller but mighty changes:
- Staff email addresses are now optional - perfect for managing fitters who don't need platform access
- Quick-edit functionality for job and customer information - just click and edit right inline
